“Our auntie is 93 years young, we were struggling as a family to get to see her everyday, we knew she was struggling with meeting her own care needs and wanted her to remain as independent as possible. We have 1 call a day, not only does this call meet her care needs, she has social interaction and stimulation. My auntie loves to do her own shopping and on a Friday she is able to do this independently with the support of a carer.
